Smaller Update

Thanks again to Thoof! Some smaller updates based on their feedback:

• Shield witch in the last "on-foot" car now behaves consistently with the other panicking witches, teleporting and healing the player upon cleansing the car.
• A buffer area was added between the train engine and the last on-foot car, to give the player a little time to realize they are flying, with control instructions on the car.
