Based on new findings I had to create another update to the “Windows Standalone” package.
The V1.1a focuses on the handover from the loader program to the game. By default the color palette is set to “all black” and the mouse is hidden – this provides a flicker free transition. However some games/demos might need the mouse or are relying on the standard palette on startup. Several startup conditions can now be set as parameter. More info in the updated instructions.
Additionaly it is now possible to have several "RUN" commands. The programs will be executed in sequence. This is usefull if for example a title/loading screen is its seperate PRG.
