The Alpha 1.3 build is live!

Additions:
- Major updates to UI and Menus
- Added Server browser to Join Menu
- Join Menu changes to be less confusing
- Added Controls Settings for changing sensitivity and keybinds
- Fixed bugs with menus in the tutorial
- Fixed bug where connecting to a steam lobby would not despawn the menu and interface
