Post jam update
Pushed the following simple fixes after the Jam was over:
- Added a dagger throwing device
- Added arena and crenellation type rooms
- Fixed up ghost colors (blue ghosts will turn white after dodging and not be full blue again until their recharge is complete)
- Locks and keys should never change color through a run (eg; a red lock will remain red until the run is done)
- Lowered the number of levels to complete for a win to a dozen
