Add type input mode for keyboard users

Add a type input mode which allows the user to input using keyboard directly.
You can toggle it using the button before the character name.
So obviously you need a mouse or touch screen/pad to use this mode.
You can use plugin parameters to determine if this mode should be default.

This mode is locked in the 3 tutorials.
