I've updated the game to be framerate-independent!

Originally the game updated all of the movement the same amount every frame, and was tied to your monitor's refresh rate.  This meant a higher refresh rate monitor made the game run faster.  Everything has been adjusted to run at the same speed at any refresh rate.
