Final Update before Major Release!!

hey y’all, here is the final update before the main project releases on its own page! I have added more pilot progression rules and changed around some of the layout and language! There are still a few language inconsistencies in the current version that will be changed on launch of the main project. The core rules will remain free! both here and on the main page when it launches.
