So many options..

New patch for version 0.40.0 just went live. This is mostly a bug-fix release, but it also adds a few performance critical options that should make the game run much better on weaker machines

• Added options to control the shadow map resolution, high-quality bloom and v-sync
• Fixed game crashing on wrong password
• Fixed second-local-player palette not being saved correctly
• Fixed some UI inconsistencies

I also tweaked the AI to be much worse at bombardment dodging in the lower difficulties in reaction to some feedback on reddit.
