Graphic Fixes

I made some graphic enhancements and fixed some graphic errors in this update.

I updated all the gags. When I added new hair styles and heads, some of the heads were a few pixels larger. So some of the gags were not quite wide enough. This left a small gap on the left side of the gag. I found this a bit distracting. Below is a picture of the before and after.

I also discovered that sometimes the calf binder clips would some times overlap the vibrating post in various backgrounds and using various posts or racks. I also found this a bit distracting. Below are two before and after pictures showing two different ways I resolved the problem.  

On the left the red arrow points to the problem. I solved the problem by shifting the binder clips to the left so the binder clips and vibrating post do not overlap. The right arrow points to the resolution of the problem.

The picture below shows the 2nd way I resolved the issue. Instead of shifting the binder clip changed the object and the vibrating post so the binder clips and vibrating posts down overlap. The picture on the left shows the problem while the picture on the right shows the resolution.

Olga's arms can be tied to the top of the post, rack or background object in four different methods:

• The rope or chain is nailed to the object using binder clips.
• The rope or chain is wrapped around a roller (implies that the rope or chain can be tightened)
  
•   The rope or chain is tied to the object.
• The rope or chain goes off scene and is tied and implies that it is tied to something you can't see.

The picture below show both the top and bottom chains are going off scene.  It implies that the chains are attached to the sofa, but you can't tell how or where.
