Devlog #3: Planning

The third day of the Game Jam is done.

Work is progressing, although slower than I’d like. I spent the time after work today expanding the timeline, so I don’t get confused when I code.

It’s pretty extensive but gives me a great base to build the game on: I’ve implemented colour coding for what kind of event it is - moving to a new location, taking an action, receiving an item or effect etc. Here’s a small portion of it to give you an exanple of how I’ve outlined the starting area:

Tomorrow, I’m having a day off work, which means I’ll have lots of time to work on the game and get a chunk of the writing complete. Wish me luck!
