Minor Bugfix: for Chapter 7 Public and WebDemo versions

Chapter7 - Public and WebDemo will recieve the following small updates below:

Update List:

• + re-added a large amount of missing audio.
• ~ Added missing preference selection for Japanese translation selection in Public version
• ~ Added missing Japanese translations.
• ~ Fixed Author's in Main Menu  name not hiding after starting the game (thanks to Honey and Ryne)
