What's Working:
- Two new enemy types, Laser and Turret
- Couple of additional gameplay mutators
- Additional tweaks and changes
What I Need To Work On:
- More enemy types
- Weapons and power ups
- Visual feedback from the HUD on various things
- Making more levels
- Lives system
Other Things I'm Doing:
- Considering what to name the game
- Going to do some 3D models for the player and such soon
- Visual graphics and images
- Trying to figure out a new way of doing wave generation that makes it a complete mess with one script
Future Things:
- Boss fights
- Checkpoints
- Pausing
- Sound and Music
- Art assets
- Controller support
- Saving/Loading
- Graphics/Gameplay/Sound options
- Difficulty levels
- Bonus stuff
A Few Other Words:
I must admit that the video of the turret is a tad outdated, I've lowered the firing rate and made the bullets smaller. Had a couple of light weeks I must admit, but I should be able to make some solid progress over the next couple of weeks. Also, I wouldn't mind any suggests for weapons or enemy types.
