Rules Update and Chinese Update

Hi! I've updated the PDF to clarify some rules. Also added a couple of missing parts.

Here are some changes:

• Search Activity benefits increased from 1d4+1 to 1d6+1
• Added rules for player's birthday
  • For 6+ Hearts NPCs, they gift you 3 foraged materials or 1 human artifacts
  • For 15 Hearts NPCs, they gift you both 3 foraged materials and 1 human artifacts
• Clarified the game plays in a four-season loop but doesn't end after four season
• Clarified you can live with more than 1 NPCs
