No need to keep adjusting paths on every start up.

Updated the tool so it will store the path for the template and for where the user wants to store the scripts he/she is going to make with the tool in a txt file. it will remember where you want to store the new scripts in the txt file so the user doesn't have to set the path every time they start up the project. The user only has to set it the first time they start up or when something has changed in the name of the folder.
