what is an endurance mode?

Endurance mode is a new gamemode where you play in an infinite session.

• Set starting stroke speed and then gradually rise tempo the longer you stay without having an orgasm.
• Earn points, so you can beat your own highscores in local leaderboard (WIP)
• Compare your performance to the previous sessions (WIP)
