Fixed

• Blink Spell was behaving in a very jerky manner. Added a camera chase feature to help smooth this out, having the camera come over to the player instead of teleporting to them instantly.
• Enemies and Books were spawning outside the play area, updated the positioning check to help avoid this in the future.
• Joystick was not functioning properly for web mobile version, modified checks to make sure the joysticks inputs are being read during the web mobile verison.

• Small section placed in settings to provide basic information on what each book does.
