SpookyGhost r81: new AppleSilicon version

A new version of SpookyGhost is now available on Itch.io. This update brings the tool in line with the latest version hosted in the SpookyGhost-artifact repository, where binaries are built using GitHub Actions.
Key Changes in This Release
This update doesn’t introduce new features but does include:
- A fix for a crash when saving a spritesheet with fractional canvas resizing.
- Clickable links in the About window for improved usability.
Framework and Platform Improvements
In addition to these fixes, this release incorporates updates to the underlying technologies:
- nCine, the framework powering SpookyGhost.
- Dear ImGui, the graphical user interface toolkit.
- Build tools and processes for better performance and support across platforms.
