General Fixes 14

Still hacking away at this thing, so here's what's new:

• Fygoon's model can now look up and down based on user input (Pictured)
• The Fire-Breath Technique has been changed from a laser of death to an actual flamethrower-like attack
• The Fire-Breath and Fire-Spit Techniques now spawn from Fygoon's mouth and fly towards the center of the screen instead of spawning at the center; this will help on those occasions when Fygoon can shoot himself twice in the back of the head
• A secret new weapon has been added
• Fall damage has been improved such that a one story drop is not enough to mortally wound Fygoon
• Fygoon now smoothly turns to wherever he's facing when switching stances, though he's quick about it
