Additions:

• added copper shovels and axes
• added bronze shovels, axes and pickaxes
• added stairs
• added more splashes
• added fire. It spreads to neighbouring blocks, and burns them.
• putting nine sticks in the handcrafting grid gives planks

• lava can make fire appear on neighbouring blocks
• firestrikers make fire appear
• finally fixed rendering shadows to file, and it is now available for use
