Update - Heatstrokes and Wind-Ups

-Updated effects, from explosions to smoke to sawblade trails to plasma attacks.
-Changed pistol sound.
-Added charge altfire to the Baseball Bat.
-Changed Chaingun altfire to a plasma caster.
Works like a flamethrower, and is silent if you hold down the altfire button, but the startup alerts enemies.
-Cut all music to 1 minute loops and converted to .ogg, cutting filesize down by 4MBs.

ADDENDUM:
-Fixed a few sprite clashes with BDMO/Meatgrinder.
-Updated damage types for the NCL Launcher.
-Baseball Bat charge now affected by Berserk.
