You might not know, but in some regions, they use '; instead of ',' as the separator and vice versa. That makes the generated CSV file look like a mess when opening in different regions. With this feature, you won't have to worry about this issue anymore.
The plugin will automatically detect the separator from the file and from your Windows language, then make the right adjustment in the backend. Special thanks to Squall for telling me this issue. I thought all regions just use commas as separators.
