Tutorial

General Comments:

A couple of improvements here and there. With the main focus on feedback, I have added a tutorial level to the Caves section. Burrows will have one soon. This must be completed before playing the normally levels, so I have kept it really short.

Updates:

- Add caves tutorial level

- Added "r" to reload level

- Changed Caves level 1, to make it easier
