v0.03 The optional gum update

• Fixed it so you aren't required to take the gum
• Correct use of sewage (thank you Colin)
• Minor fixes

Known issues

• Menu system isn't configured - really just ignore it at this stage
• several weird dialog box formatting issues letter wrapping etc
