An important crash fix!

5.4.30

• Fixed crash when an enemy should be deleted but the game tries to place them somewhere when they despawn
• Fixed bug where shrines still remove favorite restraints
• Reduced the number of unique faction prisons when starting with a bunch of bondage start scenarios
