Version 1.2.1 brings decals and better Forward+ support!

Hey all!

This update brings support for the URP Decal Projector. All the existing shaders in the pack now accept decals and render them accordingly. On top of that, I've added a new Retro Decal shader which lets you limit the resolution and color depth of the decals. Here's the full changelist:

• Fixed bugs related to additional lights in Forward+.
• Added support for decals to existing shaders.
• Added Retro Decal shader.
• Improved options for point filtering with the CRT effect.
• Added support for interlacing CRT effect in Unity 6.
