Cowshed 1.6 - Different VGA display modes

- Comes as folder packed with 7zz now, to prevent the _MACOS folder visible on non-macOS systems
- Includes a FILE_ID.DIZ description file
- Different VGA display modes will be listed now
- The "DOSBox" menu includes up to three "dir <driveletter>: /w" commands. In case more than 3 drives has been detected before, COWSHED.EXE refuses to add all of them, which is fixed now
