0.70.6 - Massive Impact

This release fixes next batch of bugs found by our players during "Early Crowd" crowdfunding campaign and adds additional visual effects.

Changelog:

• Added new visual effect for mass driver hits and grazes.
• Ship will now be properly restocked during Enceladus flight sequence after you buy new upgrade.
• Explosion of ship during upgrade preview no longer crashes the game (not that it's easy to blow up the ship when installing upgrades).
• Huge positive power balance on HUD will no longer display in red.
• Menu elements that might be scrolled now have visual hints.
• Standard cargo bay now listed as installed on brand new ship.
• Fonts no longer jagged when HUD is enlarged.
