Version 1.2.1 - Difficulty levels!

The game now has 5 difficulty levels: Easy, Normal, Hard, Wacky, and Insane. 

This primarily affects the time limit, enemy speed, extra lives, and score.  As for the rest?  Bros Around and Find Out!

Insane difficulty has not been exhaustively tested, and may be actually impossible.

Also:

• Restored the short delay between losing a life and respawning
• Removed the sound effect from a specific object interaction
• Other things, probably
