- added smoke trail for missile
- adjusted missile hitbox
- adjusted rival and boss hitbox
- added slight invulnerability window for when rival gets hit to prevent one-shots
- reduced rival invulnerability window when switching from boss to rival
- smoother camera movement
- added "counter" skill to rival: can deflect boss attacks
- on "enemy mode" the rival can use "counter"
- improved boss and rival attack and movement patterns
- adjusted visuals for other particle and vfx
- reduced boss bullet speed upgrade per level
- added upgrade cap for boss and rival stats (no longer infinitely upgrades)
- reduced rival bullet upgrade damage per level
- increased boss hp upgrade per level from 5 to 8
- misc. balance fix for boss and rival
- replaced the text "Player" to "Rival"
- more code optimization
