v2.0.2: Another small but important hotfix

Thanks to AllusionAtelier report I fixed a small but annoying bug that would fail to load names and icons in the boost menu when creating custom rules using database items or skills!

VERSION 2.0.2:

• Fixed a bug when using custom Boost entities based on Items or Skills that would show "undefined" as name and no icon. Thanks to AllusionAtelier for the report!
