Bug Fix 12/28/14

This is just a small bug fix.

Bug Fixes:

Names:

- Names are working again.

Bans:

 - Banning was broken and didn't show reasons/times. FIXED

Reporting:

 - If reported user didn't have a name set the report was useless. 

   Name is now required upon game start in-order to play.

Lighting:

 - Lighting was a bit dark so it has been modified and made 

   slightly brighter for better visibility.

Additions:

Mod Vents:

 - Moderators now have access to security cameras of each map 

   to see activity by players which can be used to give bans to 

   players.

Name Requirement:

 - Looping back to the Reporting, It is now required that before a 

   player can leave the Den (Starting Area), a name must be set 

   for online play.
