Additions:

• added thatch and thatch slabs
• added a crafting recipe for the merging table
• added the halver, which can be used to turn full blocks into slabs and vice versa
• added the debug pickaxe
• added the copper pickaxe
• added planks for oak and birch planks and gravel
• added lava particles
• added tadelite bumps and tadelite ore
• added tadelite lanterns, which emit light (but never burn out), and can be placed below solid blocks
• sulfur blocks can be crafted into sulfur dust
• loose stones can be crafted into cobblestone slabs
• added a proper skin, named 'the Farlander'

Changes:

• changed the button title from "Create new level" to "Create a new level"
• fixed slabs being rendered to images as full blocks
• enforce slab placing rules
• tool level now affects the mining speed
