Happy Holidays everyone! I wanted to write an update on the development of Weaving Tapestries and how it will continue into the new year.
Progress has been a bit slow but as of now all the backgrounds for the prologue are fully completed. It's my first time drawing full backgrounds which is why many art assets will take a while to be drawn. The only art that remains for the prologue is Aero's cg which is currently in progress. I have yet to do the art for chapter 1 but I plan to finish all the art in the current public demo before uploading a new demo.
Another major accomplishment (to me) is finalizing Aero's coloured sprite. This took ages due to Aero having both a male and female sprite which essentially means I'm drawing two different characters that looks the same at the same time. Any mistakes or corrections done to one sprite has to be done to the other and copy pasting does not help as much as it should. Here's a side-by-side comparison of male and female Aero.
Other progress made on the game:
As I'm working on this game by myself, it'll take some time to get everything done (all backgrounds for chp 1, Bahadır and Yağmur's sprite, additional assets) but I estimate the new demo will be uploaded in late March.

An extra for those who played WT and saw my other game Ink, Ink is currently in development with a full redesign and will get a new demo after I've finalized the prologue and chp 1 of WT.
