Masks Playbook Template Update

Hi all,

I've made a couple updates to the template. The first is addition of an idml file, which is more backwards compatible for older versions of Indesign.

The second update is a few enhancements to the color scheme. The headings and tables now come in colors that match the different header and footer color schemes. These appear under the Alternate Colors tab in the paragraph styles window.
