This was a very simple and quick bug fix update. Basically, when the game is run on itch, several objects were partially hidden off-screen. I didn't notice this earlier because all the objects in the first update fit on a display with less pixels, and the Unity Editor shows the full screen naturally with my settings. Regardless, I looked online, found the solution, and am publishing the fixed version.
