Patch 1

Patch 1 adds the following:

• Difficulty options - One health mode, no damage mode, lesser damage mode
• New Level Editor pieces
  • Roundabout (3x3 tile exits forwards or right)
  • Half (half of the tunnel is filled)
  • Bend (2x2 tile that exits forward but moves the end location)
