Small patch to fix some bugs that popped up during the launch window and address balancing issues.

• Added warning when attempting to fish without bait
• Decreased mercy for standard fish catch

• Decreased mercy for Seed Box catch
• Moved Seed Box catch to Uncommon lootpool
• Increased the number of seeds a Seed Box gives
• Removed Seed Crate catch
• Increased mercy for Seed Barrel catch

• Significantly reduced the chance of a meteor spawning
• Slightly lowered volume of meteor sound effect

• Fixed crash involving jumping while collecting a fish
• Fixed terminal text using the incorrect color
