Things just got a little... random.

A randomizer has been introduced for version 1.02 of Isekai: Budget - The Demo.  The randomizer shuffles the shops (what they sell), chest contents and enemy encounters, further making this game less linear.  

• Shops are shuffled and sorted by what they normally carry, so a Weapons shop will have a random selection of weapons (for instance).  The range for how many different items they carry is random, but there are no duplicates within each shop (Though this does not stop multiple shops from carrying the same item).  Various items and spells that were either left in from the original game or content that is not normally sold are also included in the randomizer, such as additional spells, stat. boosters, etc.
• Chests are set to either give out a random amount of money or a random item, depending on what their existing setup is.
• Critical items, such as the Hero weapons are not part of the randomizer.
• The data for the randomizer is stored in the save file and the save remains this way until it is overwritten.  

The randomizer serves as an advantage and a drawback for regular gameplay.  It can have benefits such as access to powerful weapons early on and unlimited stat boosters, but this can have serious drawbacks, such as inaccessibility to important armor.  A few hard exceptions were added to the randomizer, mostly to prevent an excessive early difficulty curve:

• Torches were included in the first shop within the first town, ensuring the player never has to enter a dungeon in the dark.
• Caps for how high the monster levels go were set for the first three encounter zones. This covers the first two towns, making them a little easier.  All dungeons and the rest of the game world, however, can have any level of difficult monsters roaming around.
