12/16/24 update

Windows 2024-12-16-0 fixes the hs directory path. If you are on 2024-12-13-0 please update.

Also a disclosure of a current known bug:

• Due to an issue with a third-party script out of my control, scores may sometimes not display on some public internet connections, whether public Wi-Fi or mobile network, even with a strong signal. Issue has not been replicated on a home/private Wi-Fi. However, when this happens, as long as there is a connection, scores save, but may not display until the next suitable connection.
