Simple Background Remover now has a batch processing mode!

In this release, v1.4.2, I added the ability to process multiple files automatically.

Then select the folder where your images are stored:

And also specify a folder, which ideally should be empty, where you want your processed images to be saved:

And that's all you need to do. Simple Background Remover will process all your images in the background, updating it's progress:
