v0.04 released - new campaign stats and presentation

More presentation! Four releases this week!

This version introduces campaign stats for each team. This means there are now archives of season performances so the stats nerds can review each teams' performance in previous seasons. I suspect this will be a great tool for players that are tweaking their team orders and need to assess if their tweaks are helping or hindering their team.

I'm going to start introducing team logo's across screens bit by bit to give the game a bit more jazz.

• Seasons and season stats are now captured at the end of each season. Go to "EDIT TEAM" to see the stats
