70's Slime WG Game
A downloadable game for Windows

So, It's been 5 months since the last update, and I'm sure many of you are wondering what's been taking so long. 

Probably the main reason is that this new chapter just comes with so much new content! the main story part may not be too long, but the sidequests and events are where most of the sauce is at!

This chapter comes with a lot of new characters, locations, and of course, sprites! What this means is that a lot of time has been spent designing all these new characters, and in some cases, making the clothing templates from scratch for the new NPCs, and editing the tiles for the maps.

In fact I could say that this update alone will come with more new sprites and characters than all previous updates combined! I want the cafeteria to feel very alive and for the NPCs to feel unique. And of course, to gain weight once you beat the chapter.

The main-story part of the update has just been finished. So what's left to do are the sidequests. And unlike the previous ones, these ones are longer, and a couple even require you to finish previous sidequests, to connect the world in a more organic way.

Of course, what will take the longest time are the sprites. I'd say I'm halfway done with them. And there's still a long way to go.

I don't like to give dates in case they aren't met, but I can say that it's very unlikely for the update to release in december. Hopefully I reach the bugtesting phase in early-mid january. But like I said, nothing is set in stone.
