Working on fleshing out some of the mechanics

• Added zappy effects when making key actions such as Dash and Teleport
• Added sounds to some areas
• Fixed issues with footsteps incorrectly triggering on non-player characters
• Fixed issues with sounds incorrectly triggering
• Non-player characters can now fade out of scene and travel through exits

Next up to work on

• Telephone buttons to be able to "dial" different destinations for the teleporter
• Framework for the UI elements. Basic functionality to manage inventory and game settings and menus
• Framework for health system
