Parry Chance v1.01 update

Updated the Parry Chance plugin extension to v1.01 with the following change:

• Optimized the regex statement used to pull parry chance values from states, monsters and equipment. Special thanks to GloClo of the RPGMakerweb forums for the suggestion.
