#FS25 Hubbard Dev Post
With the exciting release of a new Farming Simulator we get thrusted into the world of learning what is new. Map related mod progress was slow to start due to waiting for a couple GE updates. But that has passed now and most of Hubbard’s map objects have been moved over and updated for new shaders. With how early we are into FS25 I already see several things that will need to be reassessed.
-Paved roads which I have already upgraded to the new decal system.
-Placeable buildings, which there are many will need to be updated for any new FS25 ways.
Other changes I’m considering include switching fences to be removable, adding some factory product locations , and additional farm setups. Currently I am revamping the map with all the new detailed ground textures. This pushes out the release time but after looking into the new textures I feel the return in environment detail is well worth it.
