Patch #6.2

Bug fixes:

• Fixed an issue on the check sources screen when using jpgs and gifs together. Was only an issue on the check sources screen

• Added more logic to clear gif decoding cache between questions- this should help load the oncoming gifs faster on the board if one happens to take to long.
