v1.0 has been released

• Added rankings
  • At the end of every run, you get a letter grade ranging from C to S (and possibly something better than S?)
• Added better settings menu
  • You can now change the intensity of the scanline filter, the amount of screen-shake that happens, and rebind the controls. speaking of which...
• Added controller support
• Made slight tweaks to the UI
• Rebranded to a title that's less of a mouthful

This will be the final update for the foreseeable future. I may come back to this project eventually, but no promises! Thank you to everyone whose ever played and given feedback!
