Hey everyone! November was a bit of a slower month for development, as I’ve been working 50-60 hours a week at my job. With such a packed schedule, free time has been sparse, and honestly, I’ve needed some time to just relax and play a few games instead of making them. That said, I’ve still managed to make some progress:
Hospital Area: The hospital is almost finished, with door animations, cameras, and a few puzzles now implemented. It’s shaping up to be a solid addition to the game.
Enemies: I’ve made further improvements to the dogs and Mr. X, tweaking their behavior and making steady progress on their functionality.
Persistent Data System: A new persistent data system has been added to help track progress across scenes, ensuring smoother transitions and consistency.
Camera Revisions: Some of the camera angles and positions from the demo have been revised to improve the player experience and enhance immersion.
Thanks for sticking with me during this busy time! I’m still here, even if things are moving a bit slower right now. Feel free to reach out on Itch.io or Discord at MPH64 with any thoughts or feedback. Your support means a lot!
