- Added UI effect for when an ability is active

- Added expand/hide module storage in hangar shop 

- (Outlaws) Added new variation for Fetch type missions


IMPROVEMENTS

- Upgraded engine version to Unity 2019

- General performance optimizations

- Improved hangar UI performance when displaying many items at the same time

- Graphics quality settings now change visual effects amount

- Adjusted VIP transport behavior in mission 1-5 to reduce wait time for mission end

- (Outlaws) Removed repair kits from merchant

- (Outlaws) All missions now end by enabling escape for consistency


BUG FIXES

- Fixed an issue where missile explosion effects are incorrectly scaled

- Fixed bug reporter layout

- Fixed stats labels sometimes stuck as "N/A"

- Fixed camera transition after ability cutscenes finish

- Fixed stat overclock not saved correctly when switching between hangar tabs

- Fixed equipped loadout sometimes being lost when performing stat upgrades 

- Fixed fire missile commands not working when directly on enemy ships

- Fixed mission 1-5 not ending immediately after scenario

- (Outlaws) Fixed bug where neutral ships gathered under the player in hangar
