Post-Jam fixes

Hey there,

Small update for the game, fixing a few of the bugs, post game-jam.

- The scoreboard now works properly with your name.

- You can now reach the end screen when you win the game (before, the platform would just get stuck).

- Multiple runs are possible with proper scoring enabled (before, scoring would only work on the first run).
